Do you collect from or deliver to houses?
We can collect from or deliver to most urban areas. Rural addresses need to be discussed with us first. There are some towns we cannot automatically deliver to. If your post code isn’t listed in the online booking system, please get in touch with us directly.
Where are your Depots?
Our Yards are located in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, give us a call to arrange to meet us at our locations 09 573 1666
When can I pick up my vehicle?
Our business hours are 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. For pickups outside these hours, please call us.
Can I put belongings in the car?
My town is not listed. What should I do?

Do you move damaged vehicles?
If the vehicle runs safely, we can move it. It doesn’t necessarily need to be road worthy, but we cannot tow wrecked or damaged vehicles. Our company does not recover vehicles. The vehicle needs to be in good running order. Vehicles will only be picked up from an address, not from the side of the road or on the highway, for example.
What happens if I cancel my booking?

Is my car insured during transportation?
I want to transport a classic car. Can you do this?
Yes we can, but please discuss this with us first.
