We can collect from or deliver to most urban areas. Rural addresses need to be discussed with us first. There are some towns we cannot automatically deliver to. If your post code isn’t listed in the online booking system, please get in touch with us directly.

Our business hours are 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. For pickups outside these hours, please call us.

No. The car needs to be clean and empty.
We can collect from and deliver to most major towns. Please contact us if your town is not listed online. We may be able to deliver to towns not included in our booking system, but you need to speak with us first.

We generally respond within 48 hours during the week. If you have not heard back from us, please call us on 09 573 1666 or email us directly on [email protected]

If the vehicle runs safely, we can move it. It doesn’t necessarily need to be road worthy, but we cannot tow wrecked or damaged vehicles. Our company does not recover vehicles. The vehicle needs to be in good running order. Vehicles will only be picked up from an address, not from the side of the road or on the highway, for example.

Get in contact with us within 48 hours of pick up. If we haven’t moved the vehicle, we are unlikely to charge you and you will be refunded. You will be charged a fee if our truck arrives at your address and then you decide not to move.
We can, but there are some restrictions. It depends on where we are taking them and picking them up from. All modified vehicles must be checked for suitability before your booking is confirmed. Please call to discuss first.
Transportation is done at Owner’s Risk. Carr & Haslam accepts no liability for any damage that may occur during transportation. We strongly recommend that you have the vehicle fully insured with your own insurer before the transportation commences.
